Ranked by what the roles requiring them pay, not by how often they come up — the most common skill on any job board is the one worth the least. The range is the median floor to the median ceiling of the listings asking for it, and each needs five priced listings to appear.
The figures above come from listings like these. Every one is live, and the rate is the employer's own published ceiling.
A minority of listings are salaried rather than hourly. They are counted separately: turning a contract rate into an annual figure would assume a full year of full-time work nobody here is promised.
