On this board, hourly rates run between $6 and $441 an hour. 334 of the 364 open roles are paid by the hour, so the rate is comparable across listings rather than hidden inside an annual package. The figure shown on a card is the top of the employer's published range.

Here they do. 361 of 364 live listings state a rate — about 99% — and it is on the card before you open the job. A listing without a published figure is shown without one rather than with an estimate.

It depends on the role. The employer's postings on this board are published as open to applicants in up to 58 countries, but that list is the same on every posting, so it is a ceiling rather than a promise. Some listings narrow it in their own text — "U.S.-based", a named state, a required language — and that line is the one that counts. Read the full description before applying, and check the requirements on the employer's application page, which is where eligibility is actually decided. A role advertised as remote is not automatically open worldwide.
