• A listing that is wrong or closed. Send the link. Listings are refreshed daily, but a role can close between runs.
• A takedown. If you published a role and want it off the site, say so and it comes down. No legal notice needed.
• A question about your data. What is recorded is set out on the privacy page; ask if anything there is unclear.
• A job that looks fraudulent. Worth telling us — listings come from our hiring partner’s own published postings, but nothing is beyond doubt.

What this address cannot do

We are not the employer for anything listed here and take no part in hiring. We cannot pass on an application, chase a reply, or tell you where yours stands — an application lives on whichever platform you sent it through. Contact the employer there.

We never ask for payment, bank details or identity documents. If a message claiming to be from RemoteJobsOne asks for any of those, it is not from us.
