How RemoteJobsOne works

  1. Search real listings

Every job comes from the employer's own published postings, and carries the pay the employer published.

  2. See the details first

Full description, required skills, pay range, and how that pay compares with the rest of its category.

  3. Apply in under a minute

Enter your name and email, get your application link by email, and finish on the employer's own platform. Free, and it costs you nothing.

RemoteJobsOne is a remote job board that lists 298 open roles across 18 categories, from software engineering and data work to law, medicine and language, from employers hiring remote experts and contractors worldwide, many of them for AI training work. Most roles are paid by the hour: the median published range runs from $50 to $90 an hour, and 291 of 298 listings state their rate before you apply. Listings are refreshed once a day; last updated .

What the work is like

The roles on this board are not ordinary office jobs moved online. Before you apply, it helps to know how they usually work.

  • Contract work, paid by the hour

Most roles here are freelance contracts rather than salaried jobs. You are paid for the hours you work, at the hourly rate the employer published — which is why every listing shows its pay before you apply.

  • Your expertise, not a job title

Employers look for people who know a field well: lawyers, nurses, engineers, translators, writers, analysts. Many projects involve reviewing or improving AI output, and most say plainly that no prior AI experience is needed.

  • Hours that fit around your life

A lot of the work is asynchronous. There is often no fixed shift and no minimum week, which suits people fitting it around study, a full-time job, or family.

Whether you can apply depends on where you live: each listing names the countries its employer hires from, and the guides cover interviews, payment and taxes in more detail. If something on a listing looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.
