How Applying on RemoteJobsOne Works
Updated · Figures read live from 351 open roles
Most job boards ask for an account, a CV upload and a profile before they show you a single listing. RemoteJobsOne does not: across 351 open roles, applying is the same three steps every time, and the first one takes under a minute. Here is exactly what happens when you press Apply.
Step 1: your name and email
Pressing Apply opens a short form asking only for your name and email address — no account, no password and no CV. As soon as you submit it, we email your personal application link to that address. The link is yours alone: it carries the referral that credits the role to RemoteJobsOne, and it is also shown on screen the moment you submit, so you can continue immediately without waiting for the email to arrive.
Step 2: the employer's own application
The link takes you to the hiring team’s own platform, where you sign up with the same email address and complete their application — this is the step that actually puts you in front of them. RemoteJobsOne never sees what you submit there, and never asks you to pay for anything at any point; a legitimate application never does.
Step 3: the screening interview
Once the application is in, most employers move to a screening interview before anything else — 28 of 351 listings (8%) on the board mention an AI-led one. It is usually the single step that decides whether a finished application gets read, so it is worth doing properly; see how to prepare for an AI interview.
What we email you, and when
Beyond the first link, you hear from us only if there is a reason to: a reminder if the employer’s application is left unfinished, and nothing once it is done. Every mail carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we hold your details only as described in our privacy policy.
Applying to more than one role
There is no limit, and no profile to maintain between applications — each one is the same two-minute form. If you apply to several roles close together, their links arrive together in one email rather than one each, so finishing them is one sitting rather than five separate ones. The full list of open roles is refreshed every day.
