Role Title: Generalist Writer

Location: Remote (US & Western Europe)

The company is engaging Generalist Writers to contribute to a specialized AI quality and evaluation project. In this role, you'll apply your writing and analytical expertise to assess written content and help improve the accuracy, reliability, and overall performance of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Review and assess written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality.
2. Evaluate adherence to instructions by comparing written outputs against detailed guidelines and defined criteria.
3. Deliver clear, actionable written feedback with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and objective assessment.
4. Identify discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, or areas for improvement within written responses.
5. Systematically document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.
6. Engage in a four-week initial sprint, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
7. Start immediately and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

1. Native US English speaker with exceptional command of grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication.
2. Demonstrated expertise in professional writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or other writing-intensive roles.
3. Acute attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle issues, inconsistencies, and errors in written material.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
5. Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of work.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to objectively assess information and provide concise, constructive feedback.
7. Immediate availability and ability to commit at least 20 hours per week while maintaining consistently high-quality outputs.
