Role Title: HubSpot Specialist

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

The company is engaging HubSpot Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within HubSpot. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on HubSpot experience to complete realistic CRM and sales workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within HubSpot using your practical CRM and sales operations experience.
2. Navigate HubSpot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.
3. Create, update, and manage CRM records and complete common sales and customer management workflows.
4. Complete workflows involving lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation.
5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
6. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the HubSpot tools, features, and actions used.
8. Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.
2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
3. Current access to HubSpot and ability to use the platform independently.
4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing HubSpot workflows.
5. Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
6. Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
